Happy Cat Inc. is a dedicated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on rescuing, sheltering, and rehabilitating stray, abandoned, and unwanted cats across Medford and Suffolk County, New York.

Every rescued cat receives comprehensive veterinary care—including spay/neuter procedures, essential vaccinations, worming, FeLV/FIV testing, and flea treatments—before being placed into a loving home.

We believe every cat deserves a safe environment and a second chance at a healthy, happy life. Through community outreach, humane education, and dedicated rescue efforts led by Christopher Arsenault, we work daily to control the homeless cat population and match cats with their forever families.
